Kiosk Station

Kiosk stations  are designed for indoor and outdoor use to protect against harmful effects on the equipment. The kiosk station form has been designed according to CET standards to suit different transformer capacity levels such as:
■ Form 1: Maximum up to 800kVA
■ Form 2: Maximum up to 1600kVA
■ Form 3: Maximum up to 2500kVA
■ Form 4: Maximum use for 2MBA
Kiosk stations are being used in a number of fields such as:
■ Industrial parks.
■ Urban areas.
■ City power grids.
■ Subway stations.
■ High-rise apartment buildings.
CET kiosk stations are made of 1.5-3mm galvanized steel with two-sided electrostatic paint in light gray (RAL7032) or stainless steel suitable for industrial design. The manufacturing process on the CNC punching and cutting system ensures high precision and aesthetics.
■ The roof can be made of 2 layers of 2mm thick corrugated iron with stiffening ribs, with insulation to ensure the station operates well when the ambient temperature is above 45℃.
■ The base is made of U120 shaped steel to ensure rigidity and stability when moving. All compartments are designed with anti-insect mesh.
■ The door is made of 2 layers of 2mm thick corrugated iron with a sturdy hinge system to ensure rigidity and safety when operating.
■ Natural ventilation is provided through ventilation slots for air to go up and out the roof of the station.
■ The two doors of the transformer room are made of shutters with dust filters to allow natural air circulation.
■ Between the medium and low voltage compartments, the transformer uses partitions to prevent arc discharge, keeping the compartments inside the kiosk station.
