Luxshare ICT (Luxshare-ICT Precision) was founded in 2004, with many subsidiaries in many countries around the world such as China, the US, the UK, Japan, Korea and Vietnam. Luxshare mainly produces connecting wires, connecting devices, antennas. After 19 years of operation, Luxshare has developed into a large company serving many international customers including large corporations such as Apple, Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Lenovo, Dell, Asus, Tesla... This is also the first company in China to assemble iPhone.

Luxshare ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Luxshare ICT Precision Group, which started operating in 2017. Currently, the company has 6 factories in Vietnam, including Bac Giang (4 factories) and Nghe An (2 factories). The company's products focus on 3 main areas: consumer electronics, information and automobiles. Luxshare ICT has so far invested about 600 million USD in Vietnam with about 40,000 employees, of which 270 million USD in Bac Giang province and 330 million USD in Nghe An province.

The factory in Viet Yen, Bac Giang, which has been in operation since July 2017, has created jobs for more than 53,000 workers (as of 2022). Luxshare ICT (Nghe An) will contribute to the state budget and create jobs for more than 14,000 workers.
